Correct Employee Wage YTD

Overview

  • If pay types are allocated incorrectly in previous payrolls, they can be corrected.
  • Negative wages can be entered as long as the overall wage in the payroll is zero or greater.

Correct Employee Wage YTD

  1. Menu: Payroll Center>Step 1
  2. Adjust the regular wage if needed.
  3. Negative regular wages are allowed as long as the overall summed wages in the payroll is zero or more.

Correct Employee Extra Pay YTD

  1. Menu: Payroll Center>Step 2
  2. Enter the Extra Pay type and amount that needs to be offset.
  3. Negative Extra Pay is allowed as long as the overall summed wages in the payroll is zero or more.
