Company IP Restriction Exceptions

Overview

  • IP restrictions can be added so payroll administrators and employees are required to login from only certain computers.
  • These restrictions can be used for both Payroll and Time Card logins.
  • Admins and employees can be excluded from the restrictions, so they can login from any computer.

Employer IP Restriction Exceptions

  1. Menu: Company>IP Restrictions>Settings
  2. Click the 'Employer Login Exceptions' button.

  1. Select the admins who should be allowed to login without restrictions.
  2. Click the Save button.

Employee IP Restriction Exceptions

  1. Menu: Company>IP Restrictions>Settings
  2. Click the 'Employee Login Exceptions' button.

  1. Select the employees who should be allowed to login without restrictions.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to put them into the 'All IPs Allowed' list.
  3. Click the Save button.
