Company Branch

Overview

  • Branches are used to designate locations where employees work.
  • Multiple branches can be used.
  • Branches are part of employees' demographic record along with Department, Division and Class.
  • Ledger information is listed on payroll reports and can be used for custom importing into your accounting system.

Branches

  1. Menu: Company>Branch
  2. Multiple branches can be used.
  3. Branch Codes and Names are used for payroll reports.
  4. Branch address locations are used to calculate payroll taxes on employees.
  5. Ledger information can be entered on branches for accounting purposes. They are listed on payroll reports and can be used for custom importing into your accounting system.
  6. Payroll reports can be sorted by branches.
