Time Sheet Approve Time Log - Admin


  • Hours need to be approved to pull into the Payroll Center to be paid.
  • Hours worked and Time Off are both listed in the Approve Time Log page.

Approve Time Log

  1. Menu: Time Sheet>Approve Time Log
  2. Employees with hours entered for the pay period will be listed.
  3. Employees that have punches and time off will have two records.
  4. Click the View Punches link to see the detail behind the hours listed.
  5. Hours can be approved per employee or for all employees at once.
  6. Punches need to be approved to calculate the overtime hours.
  7. Time off records are not included for calculating overtime.
  8. Punches and overtime each have a status showing if they are approved or not.
