Company Users - Edit


  • Existing User records can be updated or inactivated if needed.

Edit User

  1. Menu: Company>Users
  2. Click the Action button next to the user to make changes.
  3. Select the applicable item from the list.
  4. Admins can reset passwords for other admins.
  5. Admins can send test emails to other admins.
  6. Admins can unlock other admins if they have attempted to login unsuccessfully too many times.

  1. For the Edit option:
  2. Update the necessary information.
  3. Click the Save button.
