Company Division - Add


  • Multiple divisions can be used to sort employees into work areas.

Add Division

  1. Menu: Company>Division
  2. Click the Add Division button.

  1. Enter a Division Code and Name. These will be shown on payroll reports run by division .
  2. The Effective Date must be active as of the pay date for employees in the branch to pull into payroll.
  3. End dates are used to terminate a division.
  4. General Ledger codes can be added to assist with accounting.
  5. Click the Save button.
