Company Job - Add

Overview

  • Multiple jobs can be used to allocate time.

Add Job

  1. Menu: Company>Job
  2. Click the Add Job button.

  1. Enter the job Name and Code.
  2. Assign the job to a group if desired.
  3. If you want to restrict the jobs allowed for employees to put time towards, click the Require Wage check box. This requires employees have a wage associated with the job for them to select it.
  4. Jobs can be inactivated if they are no longer needed.
  5. The External Job Code is required for companies importing hours into TRAXPayroll.
  6. Select a Worker Comp code to assign to the job if needed.
  7. Ledger information can be entered to assist with accounting.
