Company Job - Add
- Multiple jobs can be used to allocate time.
- Menu: Company>Job
- Click the Add Job button.
- Enter the job Name and Code.
- Assign the job to a group if desired.
- If you want to restrict the jobs allowed for employees to put time towards, click the Require Wage check box. This requires employees have a wage associated with the job for them to select it.
- Jobs can be inactivated if they are no longer needed.
- The External Job Code is required for companies importing hours into TRAXPayroll.
- Select a Worker Comp code to assign to the job if needed.
- Ledger information can be entered to assist with accounting.
