Time Card Employee Entry

Overview

  • Employees can key in their time to the Time Card system.
  • An auto-fill option is available based on the employee's work schedule.

Employee Time Card Entry

  1. Menu: Employee Time Card Login
  2. The calendar view opens.
  3. Hours worked and time off is listed here.
  4. Click the Data Entry radio button.

  1. Menu: Employee Time Card Login>Data Entry
  2. Key in the times you started and finished working each day.
  3. Days are broken into shifts, so there may be multiple shifts in a day.
  4. Click the Save Changes button.

  1. if the 'Auto Fill Time Sheet' button is available, you can click it to automatically enter the hours based on the work schedule assigned.
