Time Card Employee Entry
- Employees can key in their time to the Time Card system.
- An auto-fill option is available based on the employee's work schedule.
Employee Time Card Entry
- Menu: Employee Time Card Login
- The calendar view opens.
- Hours worked and time off is listed here.
- Click the Data Entry radio button.
- Menu: Employee Time Card Login>Data Entry
- Key in the times you started and finished working each day.
- Days are broken into shifts, so there may be multiple shifts in a day.
- Click the Save Changes button.
- if the 'Auto Fill Time Sheet' button is available, you can click it to automatically enter the hours based on the work schedule assigned.
