Time Sheet Add Punch - Admin

Overview

  • Payroll administrators and managers can add hours to employees.

Adding a Punch

  1. Menu: Time Sheet>View Activity
  2. Click the Add Punch link.

  1. Select the work date.
  2. Choose the employee from the drop down list.
  3. Click the Find link.

  1. Select the Job if this feature is being used.
  2. Enter the Clock In time.
  3. Entering a note is optional.
  4. Enter the Clock Out time.
  5. Click the Update link.
