Time Sheet Manage Time Off - Admin
- Employee Time Off requests are handled through the Manage Time Off tab in Time Sheet.
- Managers and payroll administrators can edit, approve or deny employee requests.
- Multiple requests can be updated easily.
Manage Time Off
- Menu: Time Sheet>Manage Time Off
- Time Off requests can be filtered by 'Pending', 'Approved' or 'Canceled'.
- Each employee is listed with the hour type they are requesting, the number of hours and balances.
- Requests can be edited, canceled, approved or denied.
- Single or multiple requests can be updated easily.
- To approve or deny, select the status from the drop down list.
- Select the record(s) and click the 'Update Selected Requests' button.
- Approved requests can be updated until they have been included in a payroll run.
