Time Sheet Manage Time Off - Admin

Overview

  • Employee Time Off requests are handled through the Manage Time Off tab in Time Sheet.
  • Managers and payroll administrators can edit, approve or deny employee requests.
  • Multiple requests can be updated easily.

Manage Time Off

  1. Menu: Time Sheet>Manage Time Off
  2. Time Off requests can be filtered by 'Pending', 'Approved' or 'Canceled'.
  3. Each employee is listed with the hour type they are requesting, the number of hours and balances.
  4. Requests can be edited, canceled, approved or denied.
  5. Single or multiple requests can be updated easily.
  6. To approve or deny, select the status from the drop down list.
  7. Select the record(s) and click the 'Update Selected Requests' button.
  8. Approved requests can be updated until they have been included in a payroll run.
