Time Card Employee Time Off Date Range


  • Requests can be entered for time off work..
  • Managers and payroll administrators approve or deny requests.

Request Time Off Date Range

  1. Menu: Employee Time Card>Request Time Off
  2. Click the Date Range radio button.
  3. Enter the start and end dates of the time off.
  4. Select if weekends and holidays should be included in the request.
  5. Select the hour type from the drop down list.
  6. Enter the number of hours off per day.
  7. Notes are optional.
  8. Click the Generate button.

  1. The request will be shown in the 'List of Pending and Approved' section.
  2. Pending requests can be edited or withdrawn.
